Learn Nihongo reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, the most up to date Terms and conditions can be found on website. I will also notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions via website or in person.

 

By Continuing to use services provided by Learn Nihongo you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please note Learn Nihongo cannot be held responsible for grades which do not meet the student’s or point person’s expectation.

 

Please be aware that I am unable to tutor for longer than our agreed time as this has a knock-on effect to my other students and schedule. If a learner should arrive later than their allocated time, the session will still run from the agreed times and the usual charge will apply.

This tutoring agreement may be terminated at any time by any party.

Payment Types:

 

1. Cash Payment on the day
2. Bank Transfer Payment before or right after the session on the day (PayPal is also available)
3. Pay upfront for a block session

 

Failure to pay, tutoring will not continue until the payment has been cleared in full.

Cancellation:

 

If you need to cancel a session, then please contact me by any of the following methods

 

1. Text or SMS (Line, WhatsApp, Messenger) or Phone call

 

If you cancel without 24 hours’ notice or fail to arrive for a session without prior notification, then the full amount, including travel expense, will be payable towards loss of earnings and lesson planning.
